Question: What is the Library's privacy of information policy for circulation records?
Answer
No records are kept when items are borrowed from Marshall Libraries' own (internal) collection, unless a fine is owed. For EZ-Borrow and ILL services, records may be kept.
Under certain circumstances the information may be given to a third party who is responsible for collecting outstanding library accounts.
